Help Where You Need It

211Calling the 211 help line can be a great resource for people facing a variety of struggles.  It is designed to provide information and referrals to health and human services and other social assistance programs.  The line is supported by United Way and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.  211 calls can offer guidance on issues ranging from troubles with housing and shelter, rent payments, employment and education, income assistance, food and meal assistance, legal assistance, health and dental care, mental health, help with clothing and household items, substance abuse programs, transportation and reentry to society, family care and more.
